Who we are

Alloria is a Kuwaiti classifieds platform for pre-owned luxury women's fashion and designer baby and kids sets. We publish listings — nothing more.

We are not a party to any sale

Sales happen directly between the seller and the buyer. Alloria does not buy, sell, hold money between the parties, or take part in the agreement or the handover.

The only amount the platform charges is the listing fee: 5 KWD for 14 days, paid before a listing goes live and non-refundable.

No guarantee on items or authenticity

Alloria does not inspect items or verify their authenticity, and gives no guarantee about their condition or that they match the description.

The “Identity verified by Alloria” badge means we verified the seller's identity only. It never means the item is authentic.

Inspecting an item before paying is the buyer's responsibility.

Conversations are stored and monitored

Every in-app conversation is stored, and Alloria admin can read it to protect both parties and to handle reports. Every admin read is logged.

A conversation and its attachments are deleted automatically 7 days after the last message.

Sharing contact details inside a conversation is allowed, and is your responsibility.

Meeting and handover

Both parties agree the time and place themselves and meet at their own discretion. We recommend meeting in a public place.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

By using Alloria you agree that there is **zero tolerance** for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour towards other users.

Do not list anything that is not women's fashion or children's sets, anything you do not own, photos that are not of your own item, or any pornographic, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.

Harassment, threats, abuse and impersonation are not allowed in conversations.

Listings are screened automatically before they are published, and every report is reviewed. Any listing or account that breaks this is removed without notice and without a refund, and the person may be barred from returning.

You can report any listing, user or message from inside the app, and block any user. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting removes your phone number and name, takes down your listings, and permanently deletes your conversations and their photos.
